Use the links below to
download the Application form and the associated documents
to your computer. It is important that you read all the
documentation before applying for a post.
(Downloading the files on a 'dial-up' connection may take a few minutes.)
The documents download as Acrobat (pdf) files on new web pages.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your machine before you can read or print out the
documents. If this software is not installed on your machine, click on the Adobe graphic, right,
to download the free software.
Please read these instructions before proceeding
For the Application Form and the Criminal Record Disclosure
Form, once each of the documents is downloaded onto your computer,
there are two possible choices to enter your personal information:
- Print out the pdf documents and enter your
details directly onto the printout.
When you have finished, post the documents (with any other documents
requested) to the Human Resources Department at the address found
on the Home page.
- You may type directly from your computer into both of
these documents once downloaded. Unfortunately, you will not be able to save
the completed documents onto your computer unless you have the full version of
Adobe Acrobat (not just Acrobat Reader). You may wish to print out each page as
you complete it to minimise the risk of loosing work through computer or internet
malfunction.
The 'Statement to Support your Application' section may be completed
by pasting text copied from another text processing application (although
you may have to split it up into 'page' size chunks).
Once completed, post the documents (with any other documents
requested) to the Human Resources Department at the address found
on the Home page.
